The Real Estate Agent
I earn the trust of my realtor by personally taking the borrower’s loan file from the beginning through closing. I understand that a referral to me is also a reflection of the person who referred me. I re-enforce the borrower’s decision to work with the agent by providing prompt and professional service.
I use my sales and marketing skills to assist my realtor clients. I do this by:
- Helping them in building their contact base to increase their number of closings
- Offering customized marketing campaigns that keeps them in front of past clients which helps increase referrals.
